BioMag is owned jointly by the Helsinki University Hospital, the Aalto University, School of Science and the University of Helsinki. It is operated in the hospital as part of the HUS Medical Imaging Center. Owner interests are overseen by the Director of the hospital and the rectors of the two universities.
